Resumo: Esta obra sistematiza o trabalho desenvolvido nos 10 anos de história do Instituto Ayrton Senna, onde empresas e organizações aliadas se envolvem, se mobilizam e colocam em prática, ações em prol das novas gerações que nasceram numa sociedade desigual, mas que, com vontade e oportunidade, acreditam no trabalho e se descobrem repletas de potenciais, prontas para vencer e ajudar a construir um Brasil mais digno e mais feliz. A UNESCO tem a honra de estimular, apresentar e divulgar iniciativas como a presente, inspiradas nos seus princípios e recomendações.
Abstract: This book presents the work developed in 10 years of history of the Ayrton Senna Institute, where joined enterprises and organizations get involved, mobilized and put actions into practice to beneficiate new generations. The youths that were born in an unequal society, but with good will and opportunity, they believe in working and they find themselves full of potential and ready to succeed and to help in building a more dignified and happier nation. UNESCO is honoured to promote and to present the initiatives such as of this institute, which are inspired by the principles and recommendations of the Organization.
